In compliance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, eligible orders placed by customers within the European Union may be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order items may be exempt from withdrawal rights as permitted by applicable law. This withdrawal request form applies only to eligible EU orders. Orders placed outside the European Union are subject to Diamond Craft NY's standard exchange and return policies.
